Awesome room really spacious and comfy. Has everything you need for a chilled out stay. Is in an even better location.

well finally!!! my wife and i stay in Byron regularly for the past 14yrs,experiencing many different villas,motels,guest houses and bungalows....

Finally we found the best place by far,Cavvanbah delivers everything u could ask for,some one has thought these villas right through ,from great comfortable beds,great tv with extras to even provide cheese greater.....the villas are styish,fully private and the heated pool is superb....your vehicle is safe undercover within the grounds which is a bonus in Byron has not all accommodation offer parking..
Beach access is a 2min walk and the town just 5min,located on a quiet street,the silence is perfect,the arrival and departure without seeing a front desk puts u straight into relax mode,with keys and instructions supplied on the day of arrival by mobile ph i think this is very avant garde....my wife and i work in hospitality industry and give Cavvanbah 10/10 we should keeps this place a secret,but u need to experience Byron staying here too

We stayed in the Gypsy sweet it was spacious, comfy and clean. It's set out really good and right next to the pool. Awesome location aswell so close to the quiet end of beach but only 5 minutes walk into town. Would highly recommend staying here

The location was great along with the access to the beach! Great comfort in the room, also nice and private! The outdoor bath was wonderful also! We had an issue with the music in the room and the Manager discovered a better solution and put it in place for us! Very pleased

The location of this place is perfect! The town is about a 5 minute walk away and the beach is just out the back gate (you can hear the beach lying in bed). We stayed at Yarrawarra for our anniversary and it had everything you could need. There is great advice for all the things to do/see throughout your stay. The pool is also really nice as a change from the beach and the hosts were accomodating with check - in/check out times. Would definately recommend staying here, we will be back!

t's a private villa with modern facilities and appliances, open air shower which is great when retuning from the beach. The pool is bit small but ok for a swim. Easy walk into town

My partner and I stayed in the 'April Sun' villa and we loved it. Private outdoor bath, great pool and proximity to the beach were perfect. Highly recommended for couples looking for a private getaway, walking distance to the heart of Byron.

My partner and myself stayed here for 4 nights in the "gypsy" studio. The room had everything we needed, the space is used extremely efficiently. The pool is heated and well cleaned, the beach is a stones throw away. It's only a 5 minute walk into the heart of byron yet next to the quieter end of the beach. This place is perfect.

Spectacular! We come to Byron all the time and are very glad we found this gem of a place.

Firstly its beachfront, out the gate onto a sandy track and your on the beach.

Secondly its surprisingly so close to the centre of Byron. At the property you feel like you are in another world but you are only a short stroll to the centre. You do not need a car.

And last .. the outdoor Bali bath is just great. Very clever idea. Much better than a spa.

The design is modern and clever, its easy to checkin and easy to relax.

Very secure and private. Felt very safe. Sharing with only a few others. In our case just one other family and we all had our space and enjoyed it. We all had fun and were so relaxed. Facilities were excellent with easy access to beach and short walk to town centre.

We have now stayed in the Penthouse Yarrawarra twice. Once for a city break just the two of us and then we came back for a week with our young daughter. What an amazing place.

There is a gate in the pool area with direct access to what I think is the best part of the best beach in Byron. When you come out of the track you can see the centre just a short stroll away - less than 5 minutes. We walked in every morning for our coffee.

The Villa is very well appointed with all the items you would expect. It also had some bonuses for us like an Apple TV so we could watch movies and the internet was super fast.

It was just so great being so close to everything and it was so private. We felt like we where the only people there.

Great pool, fantastic design, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. We are so glad we found Cavvanbah. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the accommodation. It was quiet ,clean ,comfortable, and private. Everything that we wanted. Was perfect for our honeymoon. Loved the styling, it was very handy having a kitchenette. The owner and staff were really helpful. Perfect location next to the beach, and we walked into town each day. We will definitely be staying here in the future

Rio at Cavvanbah was beautiful. It was the perfect, secluded, peaceful studio for our post wedding break.

We arrived the night of wedding very late. It was practically an oasis after such a busy lead up and wedding day. Although so late, check in was seamless. Tarek sends you all the details you need on the day of check in. It was so easy and no interaction required, making it perfect for a late check in and an romantic getaway.

Everything in the studio unit is neatly placed away to create a streamlined luxurious feel. However it does not lack amenities. Having the beach easily accessed out the back great was amazing. Loved it.

When Byron can be quite crazy sometimes, Cavvanbah is the perfect peaceful place to retreat to. You are so close (a 2min walk) from the centre of town, but wouldn't know it.

The best part was the outdoor bath. We spent so long relaxing out there. It comfortably fit both of us. Being so secluded, togs are optional, adding to the romance.

We wouldn't hesitate to return.
