Byron Bay Lighthouse

The Byron bay lighthouse came into operation in 1901 and is an iconic landmark for Byron Bay.

Byron Bay is the most easterly point on mainland Australia and accordingly the importance of the lighthouse as a guide to passing ships is still valid in this modern day.

A popular place for couples to take the wedding vows and for tourists to take in the breathtaking panorama of the bay and the big blue yonder.
